The Football Guru takes no responsibility for any losses incurred using the services available.
 

Betting by its very nature carries a risk and hence it is the responsibility of each client to make their own independent decisions when it comes to betting or trading on our selections.

Past performance is no guarantee of future success and as such we do not guarantee any financial gains to any individuals. We recommend certain bets but we do not accept the liability if results are not as predicted.

We can accept no responsibility for failed or delayed delivery of emails.

MEMBERSHIP

When you subscribe to any of our membership programmes you will be charged in accordance with the relevant offer. After the agreed time period your membership to that service will end, there are no recurring payments. If you wish to continue the service you would need to re-subscribe for another period. You will be emailed a reminder when your subscription is about to expire.

All payments made are final.
